1. SKLZ Tempo and Grip Golf Trainer
One of the easiest ways to improve your game and become way more consistent is to work on your tempo. As we’ve previously talked about, all pros share a 3:1 tempo ratio. The SKLZ Tempo and Grip Golf Trainer can help you train a better tempo as well.
SKLZ created this to help improve your tempo with both your woods and irons as it comes with interchangeable weights. The training aid also helps with your grip as well. The custom grip trainer is built in and teaches you the correct hand placement to perfectly grip the club.
This SKLZ trainer is small and versatile. This means you can practice anywhere from your office to your garage without a bunch of other gear. Or you can just use it before you warm up at the range to build your golf muscles.
This is a great training aid to help you master your tempo and grip. Grab one here on Amazon. Sadly, this device is only for right-handed players at this time.
The Super Speed Golf Training System is a top-rated training aid that is geared toward increasing your swing speed. Basically, the higher your swing speed, the farther the ball will go! Just ask the 600+ worldwide Tour Pros who are using this training aid.
The Super Speed Training System comes with three different weighted clubs. It is optimized for players who use a standard weight men’s driver with an overall weight between 300 and 325 grams. It includes a green club (lightweight), blue (medium weight) and red (heavy weight).
This training aid is meant to help speed, not impact, therefore you don’t actually need to go to the course to use it. This device can be used at home or even at your office. They recommend using it three times a week for at least 10-minutes to start seeing results.
The manufacturer has said that you can increase your clubhead speed by 5% in 6-weeks or less! I can attest to this claim as I personally added 5-7 mph clubhead speed and about 10-15 yards after 6 weeks of drills.
Who doesn’t want to add an extra 10 or 20 yards to their driver without buying a new club? The reviews for this training aid are nothing short of amazing, the only downside is that players are having to adjust their distances as they’re carrying the greens!
If you want to hit the ball farther by increasing your swing speed, this is the best golf training aid on the market. Grab one here or head over to our hands-on review of the Superspeed Training System.
3. Tour Sticks Alignment Sticks
As with most things in life, the simple solutions are usually the best. And it doesn’t get much simpler than Alignment Sticks.
This is a top aid to help you with alignment, ball position, swing plane, and putting alignment. Plus, they are super affordable and come in a pack of two as well! These 48 inch fiberglass alignment sticks fit in your golf bag (or travel bag) easily, and should last a long time thanks to their sturdy construction.
You get two sticks in this package and can be used to make each practice session much more effective. If you’ve ever seen the best players in the world practice, chances are you’ve seen them using these alignment sticks.
Because here’s the thing, alignment is everything in golf. If you aren’t lined up properly, you’re going to have to make all kinds of adjustments to hit it straight. Which can lead to bad habits that are hard to break over time.
For example, if you’re always aimed to the right of your target, you’ll have to pull it to hit it straight. Over time, this can lead to a steep downswing from the over the top move that can lead to all kinds of issues. But with these alignment sticks, you can make sure you’re always set up square to your intended target.
Plus, you can use them for other drills as well.
For example, you can insert one into the ground about 10 feet in front of your golf ball to see your start line. This can be a good visual to keep in the back of your head so you’re swinging toward the target and not right or left.
The aid also comes with a DVD to give you some best practices and drill to get started with them on the range now.
- Easy to use on the range.
- Comes with instructional DVDs.
- Solid fiberglass design is lightweight and sturdy.
- Helps one of the most important parts of the game – alignment.
- Bright colors + large color selection make them visible so you don’t forget them on the driving range.
- This is a pretty simple product, not much can go wrong with proper use.
4. Orange Whip Training Aid
The Orange Whip Training Aid was recently voted the #1 golf training aid on the market by LPGA and PGA Tour professionals. In fact, it’s used by over 300 tour golf professionals! This training aid is designed to help you with your tempo and balance plus your flexibility.
All you do is swing the club and learn from the immediate feedback that is provided. Any wobble in the shaft indicates that you need to work on your balance and tempo. This device makes it easy to swing over and over again to develop the right tempo for more consistency.
Ultimately, this device is all about tempo and timing above all the other claims on their website. Remember, the less you can rely on timing in your swing, the more consistent you will hit the ball and probably the lower you will score on a regular basis.
We highly encourage you to check out our full review of the Orange Whip Swing Trainer.
5. Swingyde Golf Swing Training Aid
Distance and accuracy are something every golfer wants a little more of from their game. When you hit it longer and straighter, the game is just easier, as you’ll have simpler shots into the green. Which, in turn, should lead to lower scores and likely, a lot more fun too.
Well, the Swingyde aid can help you with both distance and accuracy. This simple, easy to use device will help you get into the proper wrist positions and cock properly. When this happens, expect the club to get into the right position on your backswing, have a straighter clubface at impact, and more.
All you do is connect it to your shaft and place the device on your left forearm. It’s made to encourage the proper wrist action so you know what it feels like to swing like a pro. Plus, it can help with your swing tempo as well.
For a small price, this can lead to big results. Not to mention, it’s extremely small so you can take it with you on the go or if you travel too. It will easily fit in your bag and you can use it indoors or outdoors on the driving range. You also get a Jim Flick DVD, instructions, rubber band, and wristband for additional wrist exercises. Works for both right and left-handed golfers.
The SKLZ Gold Flex golf training aid was designed to improve your golf strength and help with tempo training. It’s designed to help you find the natural feel of lag and also help develop your core golf muscles. One end has a traditional grip while the other end features a 2.5-pound weighted ball.
This is one of the best warm-up tools on this list and are even used by professional golfers on all tours. Because when you swing this training aid, it actually creates a low impact stretch to help your flexibility and range of motion. Remember, the bigger your shoulder turn, the easier it is to create speed and hit the golf ball further.
It also helps with your tempo, similarly to the training aid listed above. Two models are available, 40 and 48 inches, depending on your height. If you’re over 5’4”, SKLZ recommends opting for the 48-inch version.
This is similar to the Orange Whip swing trainer but comes in at about one-third of the price!
7. Golf Impact Ball
The next training aid is the golf impact ball which is a simple yet effective device. It’s designed to help you swing your arms, shoulders, and chest as one piece on your backswing. If you struggle staying connected on the way back, this is an awesome solution.
It works especially well if you have a chicken wing on your backswing or follow through. This device trains you to keep everything together as it provides instant feedback if you start to separate on the way back.
With the golf impact ball, all you do is place the ball between your forearms and swing as normal. It focuses on your mechanics and makes sure that everything moves back in harmony. Ultimately, this device should help you keep everything moving in the right order and help make you more consistent contact at impact.
As I’ve used this golf gadget in the past, it’s important to note it works best for practice swings or hitting short shots at 50-70% speed. Don’t try to nuke a driver with this device as it wasn’t meant for full speed swings. Also, if you have a weak left-hand grip, this might not be the best training aid for you as the ball won’t fit quite as well.
8. Impact Bag Training Aid
If you’ve been playing golf for a while, I’m very confident you’ve seen or even used the golf impact bag. It’s designed to help you master the feeling at impact.
With this training aid, you won’t hit any balls but instead hit the bag itself making it ideal for at home practice. Once you receive the impact bag, simply fill it up with old towels or filing cloth (not sand or gravel) to get started.
9. Down Under Board 2.0
How much better would you hit the golf ball if you had perfect balance? Well, the Down Under Board 2.0 Tour Edition by Bradley Hughes can help you finally master weight transfer and balance in your golf swing.
This training aid trains you to swing like a Tour Pro from start to finish. Seriously, it does it all and is very affordable.
The device helps with your path, impact, finish, transition, and takeaway to help you feel how to swing like a pro. Plus, it helps with your alignment as well.
This version of the Down Under Board is adjustable and is 14-18 inches long and is 10.5 inches wide, making it easy to take with you to the golf course. All you do is position the device between your feet at setup and squeeze the board with the inside of your feet as you swing. This helps learn how to use the ground to rotate and release for more acceleration and consistent swing.
So why is it so effective?
Because it helps train your lower body so that you get enough upper body rotation. Whether you’re bombing drives with this device or using it on the putting green, it’ll help with your balance.
Here is an example…
If you find yourself with ball striking issues because you sway, the Down Under Board is a great product for you. With the board between your feet, you aren’t able to sway and it makes you stay centered. This helps you master your footwork and overall sequence of the swing, which should lead to much better golf shots.
They recommend using the board for 10-20 reps three days a week, with or without golf balls. So even if you don’t have time to go to the range, you can still use it at home to get lasting results (and a more consistent golf swing). It’s easy to see why this simple, but effective product is used by over 100 professional golfers.
- Easy to use for any age/skill level.
- Helps with multiple aspects of golf swing.
- Helps train the lower body which is very needed for most golfers to generate effortless power.
- Can be used with or without golf balls. Which is helpful since it’s rather large and not very portable to take to the driving range.
- Bulky. Unlike other training aids this isn’t going to fit in a side pocket in your golf bag. Which usually means it’s less likely to be used if it’s not as convenient.
10. Izzo Smooth Swing
The Izzo Smooth Swing is another simple device that works to keep your arms connected during your backswing. It promotes a one-piece takeaway so that your arms and body stay synced up. This is especially useful if you’re struggling to keep your back elbow close to your body on the way back.
It’s a one-size fits all training aid as it works for both handed players and is stretchable. All you do is place the device over your forearms to help groove a one-piece takeaway. It helps you stay synced during your entire swing instead of worrying about a flying back elbow.
Plus, unlike a lot of the other devices, you can actually hit golf balls with it. Whether you want to hit short pitches or full-swing drivers, this device makes it easy. This is one of the best training aids to help your game!
The Tour Striker Smart Ball is a training aid that has gained a lot more popularity over the past few years. It’s routinely seen by players on the PGA Tour as it helps keep your body and arms synched up. Almost every player on tour seems to be working on one thing, starting the downswing from the inside and swinging out.
So, if you’re like most golfers who suffer from an over the top downswing that creates a big slice, this device could really help you! It will help you get rid of the chicken wing and help promote your hands being ahead of the ball at impact position.
With this training aid, all you do is put the adjustable lanyard over your neck and the ball between your forearms. The ball is inflatable and the neck rope is adjustable based on your height.
If you want a lower cost version of the Tour Striker Smart Ball, check out the Super Bee Impact Ball as well. It’s a fraction of the price but nearly the exact same product.
12. Anti-Flip Stick
Do you struggle with your wrists at impact?
Some players have so much trouble getting “flippy” at impact which leads to a massive hook that makes golf really tough. If this sounds like you, the Anti-Flip Stick could be your solution.
The training aid is not only effective but incredibly simple to use. It’s designed to attach to the end of your grip and give you instant feedback if your wrists are flicking through impact. This works not only your full swing but chipping or pitching swings as well.
While it makes a ton of different claims, the #1 benefit to this training aid is helping you get your hands ahead of the ball at impact. This will help you hit more pure iron shots and start hitting better chips as well.
13. Salted Smart Insoles
Another new golf gadget that can help with your balance, tempo, and weight shift is the Salted Smart Insoles. This is a pretty impressive aid that is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in the golf world. It’s easy to see why they’re “Smart” shoes and can help you out a ton.
These are soles that go into your shoes to help you better understand your overall swing, timing, and posture. It allows you to measure all this with their patented sensor technology to better understand how your muscles move and weight shifts during your swing. This smart fitness device is a great way to learn more about the little things in your swing that make a huge impact.
Simply insert the soles into your golf shoes, pair them with the app, and start swinging. You can check your balance while getting feedback with visual graphics and audio so you can adjust as needed. The app will show your weight shift (for example, maybe you didn’t get back to your left foot in time), swing tempo timing, and more on the screen.
Even if you’re practicing alone, this device can make each session significantly more effective. This will help you swing more consistently by getting you into a better setup position, with a 3:1 tempo, and shift your weight properly.
The app is very user-friendly and will tell you what you need to do for better performance. For example, it might tell you “Put more pressure on the right side at the top of your backswing” or “Slow down your downswing for better tempo” – it’s like having a coach with you 24/7 (without the high price tag). Plus, you can compare your swing to professionals on the app to see how you stack up as well.
You can trim them so they’re the proper size and are lightweight so you can still swing normally. Plus, they’re waterproof and dust resistant, so you can still wear them on cold winter days to learn more about your swing.
- Helps create a better, more consistent tempo.
- Soles can be trimmed to fit your shoe perfectly.
- Helps with weight transfer, balance, and makes practice more effective.
- Provides feedback and coaching so you don’t have to do all the work yourself.
- Uses Bluetooth to connect with your phone which can be unreliable at times.
14. Magnetic Club Alignment
If you’ve read through this post, I bet you notice there are a few trends to developing a better swing. One of them is alignment, as it plays a huge role in making consistent contact and improving your ball striking.
But a lot of us think about alignment only in terms of feet, hips, and shoulders. And forget about the alignment of the club face too. Your body could be aimed perfectly, but if your face isn’t aimed at the target, all sorts of things can go wrong.
Luckily, the Magnetic Club alignment stick makes it easy to see where the face is pointed at. It can help you with full shots and chip shots to ensure you’re setting up at your target before you start your backswing. It helps provide a visual of where the face is in relation to the target, so you’re setting yourself up for success.
If the face is square to the target, you’ll have a correct lie. But if it’s left, you will know you have an upright lie angle and if it’s right, you will have a flat lie angle. This will ultimately lead to a better backswing that gets you in a neutral position.
The strong magnet has 20 pounds of pulling force that allows you to take up to half speed practice swing as well. Or, you can just use it before you swing as a checkpoint to make sure you’re square. This small tool is portable and easy to use that delivers instant feedback.
The one downside is that it doesn’t work with non-magnetized clubs like a putter or driver. But it’s great for your mid-game and short game – plus it’s extremely affordable.
- Low-cost but effective golf gadget.
- Easy to use and provides instant feedback.
- Small and can live in your golf bag without taking up much space.
- Love that it addresses something most golfers forget about – where the clubface is aimed at setup. This is a great way to ensure your feet, hips, and shoulders align with the clubface.
- Magnet might not last long due to materials used.
- Only helps with setup, can’t be used with any length of swing.
- Only really works on the range, not effective for at home practice.
15. Impact Snap Swing Trainer
While we have a ton of great training aids on this list to help your golf game, some aren’t very portable. But the Impact Snap Swing trainer is extremely portable and easy to see why it’s been ranked as one of the best devices for multiple years by Golf Digest. You can use it to hone your skills anywhere, anytime.
So how does it work?
The Impact Snap Swing trainer helps you achieve the perfect impact position every time.
Essentially, it teaches the muscle memory patter to train your wrists to fire properly. As they say, “Fix your wrists and change your game” by learning how to create the perfect impact position every single swing.
Because here’s the thing, so many amateur golfers don’t get into the correct impact position for a variety of reasons. Some flip, others chicken swing, and others scoop. All of these positions lead to inconsistent contact and ultimately, a spotty golf game.
But when you learn how to compress the golf ball and get a flat left wrist (aka the “y” position), you’re on the road to consistency. This will lead to longer shots with a better flight pattern that seeks your target and hopefully gives you better looks at birdie.
You can use the Impact Snap at the range or at home to feel and hear the perfect snap at impact. It’s also great to use if you’re recovering from a golf injury and can train your swing even if you’re too busy to go to the golf course. Plus, you don’t have to worry about downloading an app or having your phone with you to train with it.
Not only is it easy to take with you to the course, it works for your chipping as well. If you’re someone who wishes you got the ball up and down more, this will help you get better results around the green, too.
- Impact Snap is portable and easy to use.
- Can use on or off the golf course for effective at home practice.
- Makes it easy to feel how the club and hands should work together.
- A separate clubhead attachment can help with more visual feedback to evaluate the face at impact.
- Only help with wrist activity in your golf swing and not a lot else.
While all of these devices can certainly help you improve your game, it’s important to understand what’s going wrong before buying them! The Selfie Golf Record Cell Phone Clip can help you video your swing and identify what’s going wrong. Instead of trying to prop your phone up against your bag or ask a stranger to record, invest in one of these tools.
You can carry this device in your bag to quickly video your swing from any angle. It’s easy to set up and works with all different smartphones.
While there are a lot of parts of the game to work on, one of the most important ones for every golfer is mastering your swing plane. The better the swing plane, the more consistent you will hit the ball and usually produce a much smaller miss.
Here are the best golf training aids for swing planes:
17. PlaneMate by Tour Striker
Another newer golf gadget that is taking the world by storm is the PlaneMate by Tour Striker. This is the second design from top teacher Martin Chuck after originally designing the Tour Striker Smart Ball. This device is a little more work than his other training aid, but it’s wildly effective and worth the extra effort.
Unlike the Smart Ball, you need to wear this device in order to make it work. So what does the PlaneMate do?
What so many golfers struggle with – shallowing out the golf club.
When you learn how to shallow the club and hit the ball coming from the inside on your downswing, your game will drastically improve. But a lot of players struggle with this move as they don’t have the right backswing to get shallow and thus, improve their ball striking.
The PlaneMate helps train your backswing so that you can shallow the club on the downswing. It helps you create a more out to in swing that leads to tons of power and accuracy. What’s great is that you can use it with or without a golf ball, so you can train your game anywhere.
To get started, put the belt on and attach one of the three resistance bands to the shaft of the club. Start by using a wedge as you get familiar with the device. As soon as you hook it up and take the club back, you’ll be able to feel the width and extension instead of taking the club too far on the inside.
The PlaneMate will help you resist the temptation of going inside, then relax in transition to reroute your swing, and finally, rotate through the golf ball. This will lead to incredibly pure golf shots and teach your body how to compress the ball and hit a draw as well.
As you get better and more comfortable with the device, you can hit full swings as well. Whether you want to hone your wedge game or use it with a driver, this device is there to help you out. You’ll finally learn how to shallow the club and find the sweet spot like never before.
- High-quality product that will last a long time.
- Helps refine your chipping motion for a consistent strike.
- Instructions and videos make it easy to get started using quickly.
- Helps shallow the club, one of the most important moves in golf.
- Multiple bands to help work your way up to the red, more advanced band.
- This device can be used at home and on the range to help train your muscles for a better takeaway.
- The best part of this device is that it works with short chips to full driver swings unlike most training aids.
- Not easy to transport and can’t be stored in your bag for regular use.
- It’s kind of awkward and feels weird to use on the golf course. I’m sure you’re bound to get some questionable looks on the driving range so just be prepared. But as they say, no pain no gain!
18. Eyeline Golf Speed Trap Base
The Eyeline Golf Speed-Trap is another training aid that is designed to help you with your swing path. I’ll admit it doesn’t look the greatest but it really makes you focus on your downward path before you make an impact with the ball. This device is great if you’re coming too much from the inside or too much from the outside as it can easily be adjusted.
The device is made up of a hitting mat and four foam adjustable pegs. This device will help you hit it more solid and ensure you’re not coming over the top like so many amateur golfers. Plus, as it is adjustable, you can also use it if you’re a skilled player and looking to fine-tune the beginning part of your downswing.
Another perk to this training aid is that it works for both your full swing and chipping or pitching. All you do is place the ball in front of the red line and hit full swings or chips and pitches. As you improve your impact position, move the ball further back to the white line.
Unlike other training aids, it works for both right-handed and left-handed players. It also comes with a storage bag and instructions on how to use it based on the miss you’re trying to correct.
We are a big fan of this training aid, for more information check out our full review of the Eyeline Speed Trap.
The Super Swing Trainer Full Circle Training Aid is one of the oldest and most effective devices in the past few decades. It is designed to help guide you to a more efficient and reliable swing by eliminating your bad habits.
While the device is effective, it also isn’t practical for most golfers. Clearly, with its size it can’t be taken to the course and does take up a ton of room in your garage or backyard.
But if you’re committed to improving your swing plane, this aid can absolutely help. One positive it that it does work for both right and left-handed players. Plus, it’ll last you a very long time!
20. EX BV Explanar
The EX BV Explanar Golf Swing Trainer is the ultimate home golf system to help you improve your game. This is an upgraded version of the Super Swing Trainer and will help you learn to feel the perfect swing in the optimal swing plane.
It’s designed to help you hit the ball further, straighter, and more consistent than ever before. The EX BV Explanar is for the truly committed golfer as it is pretty pricey. But it is arguably as good, if not better, than any of the other training aids on this list.
It comes with the hoop, plane fin, mat, power roller, plane sensor and a 75-minute DVD to help you get it set up. Lastly, it does come with wheels so it’s easy to store in your garage or shed.
While all of these training aids are great for your full swing and some are for your short game, don’t forget about putting! Remember, roughly 35-40% of all of your strokes happen on the fringe and green.
Use these putting devices and best putting drills to hone your putting skills. And if you’re working on your game at home, don’t forget to check out the best putting mats as well.
21. Dave Pelz Putting Tutor
The Putting Tutor by Dave Pelz is an amazing golf training aid for players of all skill levels. If you don’t know, Dave Pelz is widely considered the best short game teacher in the world. He’s worked with tons of PGA pros (including short-game wizard Phil Mickelson) and even has a custom backyard with the coolest short-game facility ever.
If you’re going to learn from anyone about putting, this is your guy! The Putting Tutor is a compact device that is designed to help you hit more putts squarely and start the ball rolling on-line immediately after impact. The Putting Tutor provides instant feedback and lets you know immediately when your ball is getting offline.
It comes with a putting board, four marbles, and a putting ball. To make it easier, all you do is adjust the marbles back toward the wider part of the device. To make it harder, place them on the front four positions. By doing this, you’re making sure the ball is starting out perfectly straight from the get-go.
It’s also helpful with green reading and working with putts that have a ton of swing to them. All you do is position it towards the apex and you can see how speed impacts the putt. It is very economically priced and this will pay for itself from all the matches you should win by holing more putts!
22. Putt Out Pressure Putt Trainer
The Putt Out Pressure Putt Trainer is one of the most highly reviewed training aids on Amazon!
The device simulates the exact conditions of putting on the course and provides you instant feedback for how far you would have missed the putt. It emphasizes the importance of getting the ball to the hole because let’s face it, putts that are left short have a 0% chance of going in!
It’s so helpful for your putting as it can be used both inside on carpet or outside on the putting green. The training aid folds up easily and can fit in your bag or used around the house. With it’s “micro-target” technology it also stresses the motto, “Aim small, miss small.” If you can train your putting with this device, the hole should look like a bucket once you’re on the course.
Plus, since there isn’t a hole, it makes it easy to get in a lot of reps in a short amount of time. Not to mention, you can save your back a lot of stress as you don’t have to bend over each time to grab the balls.
23. Eyeline Golf Putting Alignment Mirror
The Eyeline Golf Putting Alignment Mirror is another awesome putter training aid to help you roll the rock. This training aid helps with alignment and with your eye position. The best putters in the world all have different strokes but all of them have their eyes over or inside the ball.
This device will train you to do exactly that! Plus, it will also make sure your alignment is solid and ensure the ball is getting started on the correct line. The best way to do this is to insert two tees on the front of the device and use the “gate drill” that Tiger uses before every round.
The mirror is also highly portable and easy to store in your golf bag or car. This tour proven device will help you hit more putts square and force you to create an accelerating stroke.
We are a big fan of putting mirrors. If you end up purchasing one, make sure to read our full article on how to use a putting mirror.
24. Putting Arc T3 Golf Training Aid
If you want to putt like a pro, check out the Putting Arc T3 training aid. It’s a very small and portable device to help you dial in your putting stroke. It will guide you to a simple and repeatable putting stroke.
Not to mention, it’s very easy to set up as you only need two tees to help you start building confidence on the greens. It will help with your wrists, hands, and arms staying connected as one throughout your stroke.
Plus, it only weighs 7 ounces and can easily fit in your bag.
These are the next generation of practice golf balls. They give you great feedback just like a real golf ball but only fly 60 yards! You can read our full hands on birdie ball review here.
We all know solid iron play comes from a consistent divot and that’s what the divot board is training. This training aid has a creative way of showing you the low point and allows you to make adjustments. Read all about the divot board here.
The Lag Shot
The lag shot 7 iron features a flexible shaft that teaches you how to feel a great swing just by swinging this innovative club. Read our full review of the lag shot training aid here.
Perfect Practice Laser Putting Glasses
The Perfect Practice Laser Putting glasses are a great way to see exactly where your eye line is when setting up to putts. As we’ve mentioned in so many articles, half of good putting is your setup and having the eye line wrong is your first big mistake. Read our full review of the Perfect Practice Laser Putting glasses.
The Hanger Golf Training Aid
This one is our favorite new toy. If you struggle with proper wrist movement in the swing (maybe you have a cupped or bowed wrist at the top), this training aid teaches you exactly what the proper wrist movement should feel like. I put this thing on an immediately realized a mistake I was making in my swing. I was able to fix that mistake easily and my impact position has never been better. Read our hands-on review of the Hanger golf training aid here.
As you can tell, there are tons of different training aids to help you become a better golfer. But, it’s important to not go overboard and start trying any and everything.
Then, reverse engineer and find a training aid that will help you with your biggest weakness. Once you buy it, create a practice plan to use it on a consistent basis. Don’t move onto the next device until you’re starting to see improvements.
If you’re brand new to the game or not sure where to start, I recommend buying the speed sticks and orange whip. The speed sticks will help you gain speed and distance in your swing. The orange whip will help with tempo, flexibility, and is great for warming up before your round.
